Moak Pancakes
‘Wall of Fame’In consultation with the owners of Moak Pancakes, some of their friends, employees and guests, we selected a small group of strong and inspiring black people to support the ‘Black Lives Matter’ movement. I loved working on this project. It shows portraits of Nelson Mandela, Malcolm X, Chadwick Boseman, Oprah, Beyonce, Ava DuVernay and Ruby Bridges. It was printed and pasted on the wall in the restaurant in Amsterdam West.

I made illustrations of 4 hiphop legends (+ quotes): Aaliyah, Tupac, Notorious BIG and Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes. They were printed on foil and pasted on the restroom doors.
