First European’s mission is bootstrapping (the process of starting and developing a business by using a lot of effort and no investment by outside owners) platforms in Europe. Expanding internationally and setting up a proper global structure requires strategic thinking. They are the pieces on the board that can affect the mobility of the bigger pieces for your international expansion.
